HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS?

All orders are processed and shipped during business days ONLY(MONDAY-FRIDAY). Order processing takes up to 3 days. Weekends and Holidays DO NOT count as business or processing days.

Shipping times:

  • Hair orders (Bundles, Closures, Frontals and Ready to Ship Wigs) 3 - 5 days after your order has been processed. 
  • Customized Closure/Frontal/Full Lace Wigs 7 - 10 days after your order has been processed. This allows time for customization after order is received from distributor. 
  • Custom Closure/Frontal wigs - The current turn around time for custom Wigs is 10-14 Days. 

AFTER YOUR PACKAGE IS MAILED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered to you and that it is not lost or stolen. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
